How We Began

Journe has been supporting NDIS participants since 2017 when a small group of Support Coordinators got together to create a service with a difference. Over time it has increased to include support workers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and Therapists.

Fiona Pardeaux is the Managing Director of Journe and brings over 16 years of experience supporting people in the community including roles in Corrective Services and Child Protection.  She holds a bachelor’s degree in counselling and an Honours degree in psychology, and is deeply committed to empowering people to shape their own life journeys.

The People We Support

Journe supports NDIS participants in the Hunter Valley from a Mental Health Perspective. We support people who are resilient, diverse and full of potential. Whether they’re rebuilding after hardship or taking steps toward new goals, we’re here to walk with them—offering guidance, encouragement, and the tools to shape their own journey.

The Path Forward

Journe will continue to remain a small boutique NDIS provider so we can continue to offer a quality service to participants. We will continue to provide the following support:

-  Person-Centered – We take the time to understand your goals, strengths, and challenges, ensuring support that is right for you.

-  Community-Based – Our services are designed to help you develop real-world skills and build confidence in your daily life.

-  Flexible & Responsive – Life is always changing, and we adapt with you, ensuring support that evolves as your needs do.

We are able to support participants who are self and plan managed with other line items.
