Whether it’s help with daily routines, getting out into the community, or developing new skills, we tailor our support to fit your journey.

Support Workers

Sonya Jennings
Sonya is passionate about her work for NDIS participants. She has 15
years of extensive experience in the health coaching and fitness industry, which she uses to support participants with health and fitness goals. Sonya adapts well to people, is a great listener and understands that the
path to optimal health is often complicated and emotional. Sonya is a
great motivator, and provides direction and accountability in her support
worker sessions. Sonya would suit participants who are looking to
transition to improved health. Qualifications:

Sonia Baratini
Sonia is motivated to help her participants achieve their goals and
takes great pride in seeing her participants happy. She has been
immersed in the mental health and disability industry for her whole
life in both professional and private capacities.
Sonia provides holistic support in a friendly and fun way. She is a
problem-solver, a great listener and is always keen to be challenged
alongside her participants. Sonia’s ultimate goal as a support worker
is to improve the lives of her participants.

Carley Reasbeck
Carly is a reliable, energetic, goal-driven and adventurous support worker with a strong background in supporting individuals living with psychosocial disabilities. This includes Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), schizophrenia, as well as other complex mental health conditions. As a proud genderqueer individual and a member of the LGBTQI+ community, Carly is passionate about creating safe and affirming spaces for LGBTQI+ individuals. She understands the unique challenges they may face and works to ensure they feel seen, respected, and supported. Whether advocating for inclusivity, providing guidance, or simply offering a judgmentfree space, Carly is committed to fostering empowerment and belonging. In addition to this, there are 2 more important bits of information about Carly. She was a Reserve Athlete for the 2000 Olympics in Taekwondo and she is an animal lover..

Harman Burgess
Harman comes to Journe with a diverse range of interests and skills. These
include a passion for reading, hiking and playing the piano. His background
in hospitality and education further enhance his ability to connect and
support participants effectively.
With formal education in Psychology, Harman excels in providing Person-
Centred support and empowering participants to achieve their goals. He is
keen to share his knowledge to support your journey.

Leisa Evans
Leisa is a dedicated NDIS Mental Health Support Worker whose
friendly, bubbly and creative approach to support work has won the
hearts of many.
Leisa has a genuine passion for making meaningful connections with
people. Her love for chatting creates a warm and welcoming
environment, making it easy for participants to feel comfortable and
understood. Whether it’s sharing stories, discussing interests, or simply
brightening someone’s day, Leisa is always there to lend an attentive
ear and a kind word.
Leisa’s creative talents and knack for artistry makes her especially adept
at engaging with individuals who appreciate and enjoy creativity.

Ruby Coulton
Ruby is passionate about supporting participants based on their individual
needs.She has two years of experience as a support worker and previously
worked in hospitality. She is an avid cook. Ruby works with a diverse range of
participants and enjoys organising activities for both individual and group
events. She has experience working in highly sensitive situations and always
approaches her work with an accepting and calm attitude.
Ruby is great at assisting participants with daily living tasks, such as meal
planning, shopping, cooking, cleaning and attending appointments. She also
encourages and supports participant to do other activities, such as find
employment, travel, play games and be social. Due to Ruby’s adaptive and
non-judgemental approach to providing support, she would suit any
participant looking for a support worker.

Zoe Fajic
As a grandmother, Zoe brings a nurturing yet firm approach to support work. With 9 years experience she incorporates a wealth of knowledge and expertise
into all activities. Whether it’s bushwalking, shopping, gardening, cooking, going
to church or a friendly conversation. Zoe’s warm and social nature makes her a
perfect fit for those who are looking to pursue their interests.
Zoe is able to support participants to implement therapist recommendations
and is very diligent with providing documentation to secure increased NDIS
funding if required. Through personalised encouragement, Zoe can support
you to live your life to the fullest and pursue your passion with confidence.
